Need to Customize WP Affiliate Manager Plugin as follows: 1. Affiliate commission is should not the same for all. Referral commission depends on the Total Cart Value (before shipping prices). Example: If a customer order value is below $500, then the affiliate commission is 2%. If a customer order value is above $500, then the affiliate commission is 5% 2. Currently, Affiliate commission date formate displaying as YYYMMDD on admin & affiliate dashboard, this needs to be changed as MMDDYYYY I need the above small customization on my e-commerce website.
