I am Allie, i want to scrape data off a government website through its interactive API. Interactive API generates the code that is executable in R-studio / Python. I cannot figure out two arguments of the API-one is download attachments (because it has to be manually appended-API supports it but doesnt generate code for it) and second is page off set argument (The website has restriction of 1000 results scrapping or one hour whichever is higher). When someone agrees to do it, i will let you know the website, its API and arguments.

I use an online server (python or java). I can run multiple threads for scrapping which makes it faster and tricks the limits of API's. Relevant Skills and Experience I did many scrapping projects, Twitter, TripAdvisor, news articles and more.
