I have a website which is driven through a MySQL backend, i would like to design an Admin UI which allows for configuration entities in the MySQL database to be added, modified, hard-deleted, and soft-deleted. The back-end needs to be in Vanilla PHP with the processing code clearly separated from the UI pages, the UI pages must be designed using purely MaterializeCSS framework to be portable into my current website. The Admin pages need to be designed in a user friendly fashion for use by the business, i.e. any database fields which are reference IDs need to be resolved to their actual names etc. There are approximately 40 tables that i would like to surface though this Administration User Interface
