The purpose of this project is to develop a solution that allows the Drupal feeds module to import all articles (note: full articles rather than snippets) from wordpress [login to view URL] solution will likely use the feeds module xpath query extension. However, other solutions can be offered. It should be noted that no back-end access to the wordpress site can be assumed and it will not be possible to install modules on the wordpress site. The outcome of this project will be a demonstrated capability to import all full text articles from a target wordpress site.

Yes you are correct, lets check my comments to get some view: Wordpress and Drupal is different CMS and to import all article from wordpress site to drupal site firstly we need to export all the article from wordpress site. Feeds XPath Parser is a Feeds plugin for parsing XML and HTML documents that will helps us to achieve our goal. Once we get the XPath using XPath query logic we will import it into drupal websites using Feeds module. - If we look into structure there will be Feeds importer in drupal. We can add custom importer also Instead of this there has some default importer within the module like Feed, Node, OPML and User. Each of uses in different purposes. Each importer has four settings and based on necessary settings we can get the results exactly what you want. - There will have "Fetcher" settings, Using this we can get two results as File upload(Upload file from local device) and HTTP fetcher (can download content from url). - As we will fetch from url we need to select HTTP fetcher. - Next option will be "parser" it is nothing but detailed version of the Fetcher tab. Here you can decide exactly what import format you'd like to use. Sitemap parser will be the exact solutions to Parse Sitemap XML format feeds. - The "processor" is used to set whether your import is going into nodes, users or taxonomies based on requirement. - We have to give the XML path url under feeds content type by which all the article will be imported.
