I need software that can record video and audio of my employees. This software will be installed on their computers. The computers belong to a homegroup in a local area network. The software will store the data on the server. The software should be turned on and off remotely. The software should be able to record according to a time schedule which could be set to repeat daily, weekly, monthly. The software should use the webcam and microphone on the computer to record in stealth mode (without turning on the light on the camera). The employees must never know they are being recorded. The video and the microphone should be able to work independently. So that where one is unavailable, the other can still work. The operating system is windows.
