My messenger bot is not sending update to all the subscribers who had open conversation with my Facebook Page. There is a scrip written in php it scans a website and sends update (if there is any) to facebook bot messenger which will be sent to all users who had open conversation with my page, currently my facebook bot messenger is not sending updates to these subscribers (the scrip is working fine here)
