Fix Admod Menu Button / Respawn

I ran into a few problems with my project : - The Online button should play video ad, then go to the online battle scene ( currently plays ad, just need it to join the online scene right after ) - Upon death player should click respawn to respawn correctly right now I die it sends me back to main menu incorrectly. Zip file for the project is available right away. I need this done today in the next few hours, it should take less then an hour if you know what youre doing in Unity 2017.1.1
