Fix broken give donation plugins email fileds

We take donations via give donation plugin and ccavenue. By default, the email we receive after successful donation does not show transaction ID and Order ID. A freelancer previously added these filed and we were receiving the required information. Now somehow it is broken and we are getting emails like Transaction ID: {custom_payment_transaction_id} Order ID: {custom_payment_order_id}. We would like to fix it so it can fetch the value and we can see the value not the name of the variables.

Hi there, This sounds like CCAvenue have updated their API to change the order of the fields sent, and the previous freelancer did not handle this properly.
