Fix PHP/Timing Issue with Radio Schedule

Hey Guys, We had a developer from Freelancer create us a Radio Schedule for a website we are developing, it looks exactly like we want but the timing and ordering of shows is wrong. This developer WAS doing a good job but completely refused to fix this issue, so we are here looking for someone to finish this. Here is a link. Under the video you will find four blue boxes, those update as time goes on each day, showing the next four shows that will be on air. The problem is they are not in the correct order so we need that fixed. [login to view URL] I have attached two screenshots. The first named [login to view URL] show what each of those show's posts looks like in the admin. You can see where times are set. [login to view URL] shows the ordering problem. Look at the times. (these are set by Advanced Custom Fields attached to the posts) I need someone to fix this so that the radio shows are shown on the correct day and time slot. All of the code for this is in the attached php file, so you can see what is happening. Need fixed ASAP.
