We have installed Magento 2,3 for our website. We notice a couple of issues that we need help with. 1. The quick search button is not functional. It does not open/expand the input field on click on the search button (screenshot #1) 2. The account tab is empty (screenshot #2) on the phone browser. This one works fine on desktop browser
