I have a html5 online voice recorder developed by a freelancer. The recorder has two modes: Standard and Immediate. In Standard mode, you can record, cancel, pause (record), resume, stop, play, pause (play), and upload. In Immediate mode, you can record and upload. With the Standard mode, the .wav file size is very big, so it takes very long to upload. So, I need to find a way to reduce the file size and uploading time. A file converted to .mp3 reduces the file size a lot, but I also noticed that the conversion takes a lot of time in another recorder on the internet. With the Immediate mode, I would like the recorder to start uploading while recording instead of starting it after recording is completed. There is also a problem in the Player. When you pause and then resume after a while, it doesn't play at the point where I paused. If the proposed change is approved, then he/she will continue to finalise the project.
