Importing products to woocommerce via API call and Plugin

I need a plugin to import products from my supplier site into Woo commerce via API call. The imported product will be map according to categories and subcategories The plugin will use in any woocommerce site that I chooses to use it. ie importing at multiple site at the same time. The imported products will be translated to Swedish via Google API. The translation feature can be enable or disabled, in case I don´t want to translate the imported products. To avoid Google blocking my IP address for overusing translation API, the plugin needs to go online get and update proxies on frequent interval and uses different ip at different translation occasion. The prices, images, descriptions, including image descriptions, variations, titles, stock, weights, attributes etc will be imported. The plugin will have a feature where the imported price can be increased tro different percentages, for example if the supplier price is $10, then when imported to my site the price will be increased by say 5%, if price is $20 increase by 20%. The imported need to be increased to certain percentages. The API will be cron to continually update the stock, prices and so on. The plugin should import in the the supplier EU, China, Hongkong and UK warehouses. First will be to import from EU or UK if the product is not found there then next will be China, followed by Hongkong warehouse. When supply delete a product the plugin must recognise it and either delete it from my end or put out stock. I have the plugin or code that does this import already but for some reason the plugin has stop importing across different woo commerce site at the same interval. You must be able to demonstrate that you have API experience, specifically for importing product from supplier to woo commerce. I don´t need time waster.
