Jomsocial Modification PLugin

Senior programmers only. Them modification must be done as a plugin so Jomsocial can be updated without breaking the functionality of the modifications. The plugins must do: - Add a little flag under all the avatars on the site indicating the country of origin of the person. Location is updated each 5minutes. - Add a default filter in the feed. Show only the users that match to be at X km of the person (10km, 200km 1000km, all) + AGE range + select field (mysql field). Remember those values in a cookie. Default start values: 200km, User age +/-5years, User match field.
