I'm looking to have a website that facilitates trade of game characters with sohpisticated filtering and item representation as well as other sale related parameters. While also integrating that feature with recruitment into game communities where they could subscribe for constant character market analysis to be provided with options that fit their community's doctrine.
Project will incorporate a Yaml database for processing community requirements towards applicants into said communities to be reflected into applicant's characters capabilities (said skill unlocks skill that unlocks required equipment and weapons, this character is that many skills/time away from requirements.) Which be also be used in character bazaar.
Will also incorporate 3rd party application that has free to use and modify license. This application will process character capabilites- skills- into appealing visual chart rather than list. It also includes functions used to drive decisions in recruitment into communities based on weather applicant is trustworthy. There will be other functions that will aim to increase transperency of applicants by letting them verify points of interest to recruiters in deciding if they're trustworthy. This may not be necesserily feasible, (I did enough research to belief that it may and included findings in specifications) the part about transperency. Transperency part will be no less than 5% of budget in a milestone.
Sure enough project is based on commerce of characters and sociatal features therefore also entails consequent work.
I want this done in 2 weeks at most, which I guesstimate would require 4 devs (150 hours). 20% of budget will be awarded depending on deadline completion. If project isn't complete and yet freelancer chooses to discontinue work, worth of parts of project incomplete are subracted from this award. Another 15% will be awarded after independent developer checks out the code, any defficiencies will carry on to score of 3 points (5% each). Mistakes, errors, and defficiences (like lack of quality assurance in current state of what I have on github) will be attributed to whoever completes the project (you must hand over the project in absolutely complete condition regardless of what specifically you're tasking in our arrangement). Another 10% of budget will be awarded at my discretion on condition that I consider the project to be complete (whereby the features and requiremnts are correctly implemented, or adjustments- left out from specifications docs).
