We need someone who can build a very basic mobile VOIP app and the backend server to go with it. We will provide the server in the cloud and only need to know what OS is to be installed. The app must Beverly basic with no design requirements but must function flawlessly. The app should allow users to call one another via the other user's username or ID. The backend must use free or open source software. Compression is important as the calls must not consume excessive bandwidth. Please post specific responses.
