[selection box - (No, 200 People, 500 People, 2000 People, 2000+ People)] How many screens do you require? [selection box - (1, 2)] Mains Power Available? [selection box - (Standard socket, 15a socket, 20a 3 Phase, 32a 3 Phase, Generator Required)] Input to our screen [selection box - (HDMI, DVI, SDI, VGA, Composite, Help! I'm not sure) As the customer fills in more information I wish to have a price on the right hand side calculating on the fly. Under the price, 2 buttons 'email me this quote' 'make booking' One button emails quote to customer Other button sends email to me with booking information

Hi i can make online quote and booking system by clicking on the Instant quote button to fill the form with the desired fields. And then clicking on 'email me this quote' button will send the quote to customer and then 'make booking' will send the booking information to you. Please reply to discuss the details. Thanks
