Menu items not visible. Need advise on how to fix.

I've been working on the development of my site [login to view URL] and at some point I noticed when you refresh page or go to a page the menu appears for a second then is invisible. I found that the [login to view URL] line-height being enabled fixes this but can't find the inline style or file to fix. Just need someone to tell me what to do to fix so the menu shows.
