Minor Wordpress Site Alterations

Need minor changes to a WordPress website. Very simple mostly registration page. Can be completed in a few hours. website is [login to view URL] Please review attachement 1A. We have an issue that needs to be addressed, AOL email addresses are not recieving emails to verify their email at sign up, verification process? [login to view URL] are only 2 forms of members besides the administrators. There are Buyers and Dealers. Please changer all mention of Freelancer should be changed to Dealer. Please change all mention of Employer to Buyer [login to view URL] registering as a buyer or dealer/seller the STATE selection option is not working. This is all and only 50 state option that needs to beadded. Also the dealer and buyer need to add a city/town manually at registration. Buyer should also have an option to select Type of Deal , Lease or Purchase. 4. At registration dealer and buyer need an option to enter an address number and street. 5. Also the buyer can enetr a phone number option that will not be shared publicly. 6. Car Dealer can add a logo. 7. When A buyer or delaer register and select make and model, the drop downs are very hard to use , not user friendly. The buyer or dealer has to select ANY/Not Sure as first option but if they choose a MAKE(ANY/Not Sure, Acura, Toyota, BMW) then they may choose a MODEL(RDX, RAV4) but they can choose not choose any so top selection would be ANY/Not Sure. 8. After the Dealer and Buyer come to an agreement on bid/price and term they ACCEPT the dealer and the buyer recieve an email with each other information address phone, email , including a copy of the discussion details. so all information and then below HERE ARE THE DETAILS OF YOUR AGREEMENT. 9. On the home page View all Profiles should say "Search Our Dealer Profiles" 10. Home page Looking For A New Car Dealer section should displayonly everything else is not nessary: Car Dealer Name Car Dealer Rating Car Dealer Make Car Dealer City, State 10. When you click on a Dealer Profile or search It should show The Make and Models Large at the very top Options are not necessary. [login to view URL] When you are a buyer, Ther is an ACCEPT button there should be also respond to Dealer button - to continue the discussion/negotiation. Accept ends the discussion and the accepting of all offers. 12. When you are a dealer looking at all the buyers requests shown below. It should be sortable by clicking on top of columns. Make, City/State, Requested by, Budget $, Lease/Purchase, Date 13. when a buyer signs up and then clicks on the email to activate it should go to their request page. [login to view URL] 14. Please make sure you check the security CAPTCHA box [login to view URL] sign up it should say "Please check your email to verify and activate your account. and it should redirect automatically to sign in or log in page. 16. address, city state and phone number should be mandatory on all registrations for dealers and buyers. but it should not be made public. only the username (not the persons name), city and state should be public.
