The site will be developed in WordPress for Local Events and appropriate app will be developed implementing the Rest API in WordPress. Users can post events under various categories. Each event has a lat/lon (gogole maps location), date, time, description, images etc, Site will send notificaitons to users about the news within the chosen interests and using geolocation to send notifications about nearby events to the subscribed users.
