I need a PHP application that works like the DOI system. For example, when I visit [login to view URL], I can browse the website. But when I visit, for example, the URL [login to view URL] I am directed to a specific resource, in this example a PDF file that the DOI 10.20943/01201706.17 is pointing to. Hence, when ever the user visit a URL that has a DOI, the DOI needs to be extracted and searched in a database and get the corresponding resource URL and redirect to it. Please do ask any question if anything is unclear about the project objectives.
