Need Program / Script to download videos from embedded links

I am looking for someone experience in programming. Preferably someone that can make an app / program / or script to download videos directly from an embedded link. I have a wordpress website that uses a video player called "clean tube player" it plays videos from embedded links. What it does is transforms the links to mp4 files in order to play, so i know the direct files can be access. Now I just need the ability to download those videos instead of using embedded links. I have uploaded the php file to the clean tube player with the codes that "transforms" the video files into mp4 files. This will come in handy when you create the program / script. I have a whole database full of embedded links to videos. Instead of using links, i want to download the videos and preferably host them on my Amazon S3 storage.
