OpenCart Extension Development -- 2

I need an OpenCart extension for a prescription eyeglasses web shop. There is similar extension for Magento. See here [login to view URL] Lenses Prescription Configuration - part 1 Lense categories are configurable, one can add as many categories (frame only, single vision, bifocals, progressive). Lense subcategories are configurable, one can add as many options, each subcategory can have an extra price (standard, AR coating, photochromic, polycarbonate etc.) Lenses Prescription Configuration - part 2 Prescription Form (Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, Add, PD) is configurable. A price can be added for each Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, Add, PD option Lenses Prescription Configuration - part 3 Prescription fields are configurable: hide/show certain options (e.g. hide prescription form when you choose "frame only" category) Lenses Prescription Static Blocks Additional help blocks are available on prescription form (when you click on the question marks icons) and on customer account - My prescription section Lenses Prescription On Product View Page A product attribute 'Has Glasses Prescription' is automatically added to all the products when the extension is installed; if it's set to yes then the lenses prescription form is displayed on product view page. Lenses Prescription On Product View Page Different option configuration: checkbox to select between single PD or PD for left and right eye; comment box The Lenses Prescription on Product Cart Page The lenses prescription is saved as a custom product attribute. Admin Order Details The lenses prescription is saved as a custom product attribute. Customer Account - My Prescription The prescription is also saved in customer account. The customer can log in to his account and view/modify his prescription Add upload prescription option This is basic description of the project. More details will be provided if needed.
