Hello, I am looking for somebody to create a modification for OsTicket that will allow a agent to have a second email address for alerts to be sent to, and to be able to choose a different Template Set for these alerts. End Result: The OS Ticket Alert Email will be sent out using the default template to the primary email address as normal. But the Modification will allow A Secondary Email address to be entered on the agents profile, which will use a different specified set of Email Templates. Programmers without OSTicket Experience will not be awarded the Job. We Will Award the Job on 01 October 2019 Thanks, Brett
