1 - script needs to watch folder in public directory 2 - folder name "watch-folder" 3 - inside that folder will be txt files 4 - each txt file has the same column names 5 - script needs to open each txt file 6 - import the rows into db table "table_imports" 7 - if db table "table_imports" doesn't exist it should create the table + columns 8 - after each file is imported the file should be removed. Bids over $25 won't be hired.
