We have provided list of the plugin running on the website, after starting working on up gradation, we are not responsible for the replacement of plugins or any changes which broke the functionality which are not supported, this will be your decision and responsibility to change or replace the plugin. please share approval over it, so that we can bid over the project to get started.

The current site can be updated and checked to work in php 7.4 plugins, theme will be updated. For avoiding the downtime, we require a dev server/ password protected with php 7.4 installed and we can work on that and later deploy the site in live server. I may need to modify code in your current WP plugins for them to work. WP version would need to be upgraded. If that is not possible, current one would need to be modified.
