PHPFox Simple Offline Payment Module

I need a simple offline payment module for Phpfox that will integrate nicely with PhpFox Payment Gateway. This module should be able to do the below: List offline payment options like: Bank Transfer Cash payment This will simply display bank details (bank transfer) and office address (cash) Once it processes customer order will be placed as pending status and an email will be sent to admin and customer. Like I said simple!
