We are a very small company looking for an experienced C# developer to complete a graphical application currently in development. The current working prototype is perhaps 70% complete, but still requires the addition of many bells & whistles to make it commercially attractive. The finished application will have a very graphical interface (imagine a somewhat simplified drawing program) where users have the opportunity to include, move, connect and remove a objects (shapes). Please see list of requirements below for an overview of our needs. We believe that an experienced developer would be able to complete these tasks without significant challenge. 1) Ability to load & save application data ??" need to be able to save all data associated with the objects (location, color, other numerical data) 2) Ability to print diagrams ??" need to be able to write graphical screen data to a printer 3) Ability to undo changes ??" need to incorporate an undo function in case user wants to reverse several layers of changes 4) Ability to copy/paste graphical objects ??" need to be able to select, copy and paste a graphical object, along with it’s properties 5) Ability to group graphical objects ??" need to be able to select a group of graphical objects and move/delete/copy/paste 6) Ability to zoom in/out on the canvas ??" need to be able to zoom in/out of the graphics canvas to view large diagrams 7) Ability to view data in a graph ??" need to be able to view generated data in a line/bar/etc graph 8) Need entire application to be web-enabled Please feel free to ask for more clarification, if needed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows/.NET
