PSD to Wordpress with Visual Composer - Pixel Perfect - Parallax Effect

Looking for a Senior Wordpress / PHP developer who can turn our customer web ui / ux design to a PIXEL PERFECT Wordpress Website using Visual Composer and its extensions. Link to all the design pages including the drop down menus: [login to view URL] Scope of Work Requirements: • Site to be developed on Wordpress platform • Site must be developed using Visual Composer
 and its extensions such as Animation Block and Ultimate Add-ons for effects. • Website must be mobile responsive (mobile / tablet / iPad) 
 • Must include the following plugins: Slider Revolution, Visual 
Composer, Animation block for visual composer, Ultimate add-ons for visual composer, Interactive World Maps, SEO Yoast, Ninja Forms or Nex-Forms, Wordpres Social Stream, 301 redirect, Hide my IP, • Breadcrumbs must be activated and nested correctly 
 • Social Media integration on posts and pages • Mega Menu / Drop Down Effect • Pixel perfect development based on PSD files 
 • Compatible with latest browser versions of IE, Chrome, Firefox 
and Safari 
 • Install Hide my IP plugin. Change /wp-admin to another extension so people wont know the site is built with Wordpress. • Site needs to be easy to edit for the user where all major sections 
can be reached on Wordpress dashboard and not only in code side. 
 • Development server will be provided. Via WPENGINE. • Fonts must be Google fonts Qualifications: - Expert familiarity with Visual Composer and stable WP framework such as Hybrid Theme Core. - At least 5 years experience in Wordpress and Parallax design work. - Pixel perfect eye. - Functionality must follow design and requirements attached (PDF) attached. - All coding work must be completed by Dec. 20th. - Developer must provide Timeline of when each pages will be completed page per page in Wordpress with Visual composer incorporated. Milestone payments will be based on page completions. See document attached.
