We would like to somehow capture a variable from a URL in Shopify and pass that variable to a new static page where it will be injected to display dynamic content. The attached video and code snip should help with this. Please Note: We have extensively researched and Shopify does not allow us to pass variables via the URL. This will take some crafty coding to achieve.

Hi, Shopify definitely does not allow us to pass variables through URL but that's where custom coding does the magic. I am not just another shopify rules following developer, I manage to using custom coding to get the job done even in shopify. I can definitely complete this task for you as I have seen the code snip that you have attached. The variable will be static as required which will be then used in dynamic content. Talk to me so that I can get this done for you. I can start right now and get this done for you by tomorrow. P.s Bid is final for the defined scope of work (no haggling)

Hi There, I'm an experienced Shopify developer, and I can say with certainty that you can extract parameters from an URL, it's just not very well documented how. My suggestion would be to 1. Have a tag on each product that indicated what link should be generated. 2. Have that tag read in every location a product link will be generated. 3. Have the product page generate the link dynamically. I'd love to talk this one over with you. Cheers, Elliott
