Short Google Places API Project

Very quick job for someone who knows the Google Maps and Places APIs. I have attached an HTML page to test the Google Places API but for some reason it does not populate the County field with UK counties when calling administrative_area2 component of the address. Must be a typo in there somewhere but I can't see so need another pair of eyes to look to see what I have done wrong. Secondly, you need to tell me which component of the Google Places API stores "Oulton" in the address 21 North Lane, Oulton, Leeds, LS26 8TQ. Note: You will need to use your own Google Places API key to work on this project.
