I am looking for a guy who can program the following small member area: - Login Site, where user can log in (no self-registration required) - in the dashboard, user has the opportunity to click on a button "Add monitoring" - On the opening page, user gets a form with the following fields to be entered: a) Internal Reference (textfield) b) Comment (textfield) c) Link to an image URL (textfield) By clicking a button "Submit", the information are saved in a database and user is redirected to the dashboard. On the dashboard, the user sees the added cases the following way: Column 1: Internal reference Column 2: Thumbnail of the picture from the image URL Column 3: Comment entered to the picture Column 4: Red Cross to delete the monitoring of that image URL (and as a result, the whole row of the MySQL DB) Thats it - if it is graphically appealing as well, it would be great!
