Social Network Website - Script with Added Features

I know this is long, but I don't like surprises - neither do programmers :) Use the word FURG" so I know you read this. I would like someone to use a script for this, then make changes as I need. I want a social network for my industry of about 10,000 people. It should look and work mostly like FB. This can be done in PHP or something else - you tell ME what script I should use and why I should use it. Here are the two I looked into most - PHPSOCIAL - Seems to have a lot of the things I want, but the demo starts with very little and you have to build everything from scratch, so it was hard to tell. iSocial - Looks better in terms of having all the bells and whistles in the demo. I uploaded a video and heard the audio, but no image. Other than that, it seemed to work well. So I want all the features in the iSocial demo (but I want the videos to play when uploaded, of course). I need to be able to change the color scheme and add my own branding, of course. And I want 3 other features added. 1 - In the header I want text to say "The Brief Machine" and have a text box (like a search box). This is a translation machine. They enter English and a list of translations show up (in a box or list or however works best, but it should stay on the page they are on). I have the whole list of translations in a database. It is listed like this - (The number of the word - not needed), 'English word', "TRANSLATION', (NUMBER), (163185, 'demotions', 'TKPHO-EGZ', 1), (163186, 'demotions', 'TKPHO-GSZ', 1), (163187, 'demotivate', 'DE/MOEVT', 1), So if the user typed in demotions, they would see 2 results; TKPHO-EGZ TKPHO-GSZ There are about 800,000 definitions in the database, and some words have as many as 50 translations. 2 - User Profile - When the user signs up, they must out the following - First Name (must be name you go by) Last Name (must be name you go by) Username Email Address Choose a Password Confirm Password Birthday Country About Me (optional) Where do you fit within the steno community? You may select up to 3 choices below. You MUST select at least one. You will be able to update your selections in your profile if they change. If you are a student, you MUST select a speed range as one of your choices. These will appear alongside your name so users know your experience in the field. (check box) I agree with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. And a captcha of some kind. VERY IMPORTANT - Users then verify with an email link - then I have to activate their account once they verify it in admin. 3 - Those choices they selected when signing up MUST APPEAR on their profile. It would appear under Status somewhere that's easy to find - they About section. They cannot hide this feature, but they can change it to other selections (up to 3) once they are members. I guess we'll start there. And I am not saying we must use one of those two scripts - I am open to others, but they MUST look/act like FB. I want it to be familiar to the new user. I will select someone based on communication, reviews and bid amount. Thanks!
