Upload and fix webcam script and designs

***READ FIRST*** I need an expert in CodeIgniter programming, Very Important! As the script is made/built in codeignter. I have the source code with me... Work must be done in less than 20 days. Don't quote me prices that are out of my budget range. Things i want to be done for the site are as mentioned below(for now): 1. Upload the files and get the script to work. 2. I don't have the back-end access/password so help me solve this 3. Test everything out to make sure all is working, including and especially the webcams 4. change the whole website design/theme(Also very important! And your work must really look professional and high quality) to look similar of another site which i'll provide the link later of the site i want the design and theme to be used/followed... 5. Since this will be a start up website, i want you to help me bring in the traffic for the site and also how to find/hire models for my website. The site will be empty so even those(customer) that will come to the site will notice that there are no models available and also models will notice that there aren't much traffic coming to the site which will affect the models potential to earn any money.. So how could we solve this? And this must be within my budget as well 6. Add payment gateway(will be determined later as we progress) Payment will be created in 4 milestones as below: 1st stage - 25% (after 1st stage, upload, fix backend issue, test etc is completed) 2nd stage - 25% (after 2nd stage, design is completed) 3rd stage - 25% (after 3rd stage, traffic for site is completed) 4rd stage - 25% (after 4rd stage, payment gateway is integration is completed) This will be a long term relationship with the programmer so please send me some works done preferably related to webcam work you have done in the past.
