Hello, I have already have a custom PHP video website with html5 video player. I need to make a "video in ads" feature, similar to how [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] does it with the Advertisement playing when you click a video. The video always plays for a few seconds, and gives user ability to "Skip Ads" Need Cost + Timeframe to build this feature for me. Need it exactly like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
