Build a web based resume to job description parser analyzer tool. Before project is Awarded, you must show Proof of Concept by posting a video on youtube demonstrating the tool in action. Scerario: 1. I copy paste a resume in 1 section 2. I copy paste a job description in another section 3. I click Scan a. The tool will parse both documents b. Compare the words c. Provide analysis of relevant word count for each section within job description and compare that vs. the resume, then show the results i. Education ii. Hard Skills iii. Soft Skills iv. Other Skills 4. Admin should be able to improve the tool by being able to a. Add words and phrases to each section b. Delete words and phrases from each section c.
