I run a home care agency (we staff caregivers to take care of seniors in their home). Some of the website/app functionality would include items listed below.
Functionality
- Website and Mobile App access
- Profile set up (consumer, provider, caregiver)...in addition to profile photos i would like to include video capability
- Match Algorithm to match seniors with caregivers across various skills sets, travel distance and pay rates.
- Featured Listings (for job posters and job seekers)
- Caregiver Ratings & Reviews (like [login to view URL])
- ability to send out Mass Email as well as Mass Text to a people from a search result
- Group Discussion Boards....for seniors to ask questions or gain information
- eMail Marketing...to offer promotions to subscribers.
- Knowledge Hub...to provide white papers, connect our website with other complimentary websites, offer a provider directory, etc.
- Subscription Model requiring subscribers to pay a monthly fee (ability to accept credit cards or Paypal)
While I am sure there are plenty of developers and development firms on Freelancer that have the ability to build this website/app, I am really looking for the following expertise:

3. Ability to assist in creating the WireFrame blueprint of how the site/app will function.
