Website Development - Expert Full-stack Developer Wanted

**This project will hire the last week of January 2022. We're excited and eager to launch our start-up, and make new long-term working relationships this New Year!** = WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are seeking an experienced full-stack website developer that will work with a very small team, and a fixed budget, to build a custom website from scratch; using GoLang or PHP (Laravel), and the most responsive front-end design language of their choice. You will be responsible for building out the infrastructure of all web pages, features, required API's, and databases, for a fully responsive and complete mobile, and desktop, website. You will also be responsible for the front-end development as well as the back-end. You will NOT be responsible for data extrapolation from Telegram, only storage; we already have a team working on scraping and extraction. You will design the site according to the fully completed high-fidelity wire-frames that we will provide (every detail is included and accounted for). The website will consist of approximately 12-16 pages (including the dashboard; excluding login, and payment prompts). = WHAT IS THE PROJECT? This project is being developed for Telegram (the social media and messaging platform). The website will rank, and allow for the discovery of Telegram's communities by the end user through search.
