Wordpress Order Confirmation System

I have some tasks to make to my wordpress site ( i will send you the link and credentials in pm) I have a wordpress site with wp-rentals theme. The idea of the site is: a. owners can change their properties, and put limits (of energy, water and gas use) to a custom IoT widget we created (ATTACHED PHP FILE) b. tenants can see the limit and measurement but cannot edit limit or turn on/off (it needs fix) Both can call a taxi, a cleaning service or breakfast with the custom widget we created. Task 1 (80 usd): Create a partners menu where super admin can add a partner with his proffession, email, phone and sms number. You can choose in "edit property: page to which partner the orders will be sent to. Until now, in the "edit property" we have added only email or sms fields for each partner's profession. I need them removed and instead put 2 dropdowns with our partners list on each profession. First Partner list and Alternative Partner list. Task 2 (150 usd): Create a confirmation system. When a taxi partner or cleaning service partner, or technician partner takes an sms or mail order, he should send a blank sms or mail as a reply to confirm the order. If not after 15(variable) minutes, the mail with the order is sent to the second choice. I will send you sms gateway info. I am really intrested discuss the use of a plugin like woocommerce on these 2 tasks' above logic, as long as you can make each order be sent to an alternative mail/ sms except our company's. We could add partners as woocommerce categories and apart the city to regions and when f.e. the button Technician is pressed, it would redirect on this category. Maybe this could help with payments. Task 3 (100 usd): Keep track for each order on database with: property name, id, owner of the property, cost of the order, 10% of the cost, timestamp. The orders should be downloaded on a csv or excel only by super admin in a page on backend. you can download yearly or monthly report with these fields We have 10-15 days.
