We have a custom wordpress plugin that creates an assessment in Vue.js and hooks up to back end controls via the wp-rest API to collect data, analyze it, and provide a report in four sections with an overall summary; save the responses in wordpress and also email the full report to the quiz taker and administrators. Currently it correctly calculates the results, but SOMETIMES fails to save the details or email them, saving and sending only the summary. We have not been able to pinpoint a consistent reason for this to happen, and we know that immediately after taking the quiz, the quiz taker sees all the responses and the analysis of each section....it just is not saved or emailed. We would like someone to identify the root cause of this problem, and recommend a fix with an estimate of how long/how much to correct the problem.
