Im am building a yoga studio and looking for both a front end and back end solution. The yoga studio I will be running runs mainly on membership. The only exception will be drop-in and a 1 week intro pack, who come at random and pay for the day/week pass. I want everything to go through the website or app as much as possible. On the front end side the main purpose of the bookings is for clients to just see what class they want to go and reserve a spot on the class. Besides this, I have the need to have a easy way to register clients (make online monthly subscription payments, e-signature to sign liability waivers) and for the client to be able to see its own profile page (payment history etc). Besides this, I need a backend software that helps me manage teacher schedule, payments made and due and other KPIs. Thus, i need an easy software to visualise the compiled relevant information. In addition, I will have a entry and exit control in the studio. Thus, i would need that viable information (to know who attends which classes) to be linked up with software if possible for insightful analysis. In summary I am looking to develop a website solution and an app solution (not as important but a bonus) combined with the perfect software to help my day to day. I need someone to reccomend me their strategy and help me implement it so i can run it later by my own. My idea is to use WordPress, Squarespace or Shopify and then use softwares/widgets that fit seamless with the website. These softwares could be Mindbody, Acuity Scheduling, Momoyoga, or anything else your recommend. With everything opening up soon with COVID-19, now is the perfect time to focus on building out the techie side of your online website and systems so that everything is in place for when you open your doors. The strategy you outlined in your project description is spot on. We can setup a gorgeous WordPress-based website for your brand. If you don't have a logo and brand strategy yet, I can design that. Site will describe yoga services, instructors, story about you starting the studio, etc. Buttons to 'book a class' link to Mindbody, or similar platform, with your brand aesthetics. Seamless as possible. I have a local yoga as massage wellness studio near me who uses Mindbody and really likes the platform. It will save you a lot of development costs in the long-run by using an existing third-party tool out there since developing one from scratch. Mindbody is only $259 USD/month, and would handle your instructor schedule management, member payments, etc. providing you one single dashboard for overseeing that. Then my agency will handle all of your branding and website.
