MicroPython on an ESP32 microcontroller — You must live in the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe, or Russia (25 August 2019)

*** RATE *** I will pay you $10 (ten US dollars per hour) on Freelancer.com. However, normally Freelancer.com takes a 10% commission. Therefore, I expect you will be receive $9 per hour (nine US dollars per hour). *** HOURS *** I would prefer that you work four hours per day, six days or nights a week. But I understand you might be too busy. However, you must work at least two hours per day, five days or nights per week. For example, I would allow you to choose to work two hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or I would allow you to choose to work two hours on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. *** EXPERIENCE *** I do not care about your experience. Instead I am interested in your ability to solve difficult problems creatively, efficiently, and effectively. *** PROJECT DETAILS *** I have created a detailed functional specification which I want you to help me transform into a circuit design. This is *not* a PCB layout project. This is a circuit design project. The circuit we design will run on a PCB with an ESP32 running MicroPython *** WHY WILL I PAY YOU HOURLY? *** By limiting the number of hours you work at a time, I would be able to avoid the need to create detailed specifications for you because I would be able to regularly check on the work you were doing for me. I have found that this approach works much better than trying to create detailed project requirements with milestone payments. In theory detailed project requirements with milestone payments seem sensible. But I have found in practice they are actually not usually feasible. In my experience, detailed project requirements with milestone payments typically lead to misunderstandings, resentment and discord… at the least. *** YOU CAN AVOID “SPENDING” ONE OF YOUR FREELANCER BIDS *** Of course you can apply for this job the “normal way.” However, to avoid “spending” one of your Freelancer bids you can “apply passively” by copying and pasting the following code: MicroPython_ESP32_25August2019 into your Freelancer profile.
