Allen Bradley SLC 500 to CompactLogix and Panel View to Panel View Plus conversion

I have a customer who has a product process skid (similar to a pasteurizer) and is adding a new one identical to the existing one but with a CompactLogix instead of the existing SLC 500. The existing system is monitored using a PanleView and hte new one will be using a new Panel View Plus. We need to convert both existing applications (PLC and PV) to the new CompactLogix and PV+. Programs need to be well documented. Tag names for the new logic don't need to follow existing program naming (ex. N10:0 could be 'productTemperature'). Logic should be programmed in ladder logic. UDTs for common uses (ex. analog input, digital alarm, pump, etc.) will be expected. Please provide examples and references of previous similar jobs done by you.
