I am a purchasing agent for buyers from USA and Australia in the past 15 years. I have on hand an order for stepping motor and its accessories to USA. My China office is located near many motor manufacturers. I recognize this encoder and I can complete a quotation per buyer's specification within 1-2 days by e-mail. After approval of the quote, I can process order and report progress by inspection to factory. When products are finished, I will QC and make sure products are efficiently packed and then shipped to destination. Service for processing the order is negotiable depending on the volume and product nature. I always discuss with the buyer for completing the order at both parties benefit.
