Blend two mt4 indicators

I have two differents indicators. Each one prints different price levels. One of them prints a horizontal line on double 0 price levels. The other, prints high/lows of the day week and month. I need to blend these two indicators in one, this way: - The indicators do not paint any lines themselves. - When , in a range of X pips (configurable ) there is a match between one of the lines of these two indicators , a line is drawn. This way, in the graph there are only lines that represent the similarities of these two indicators in the specified range of pips.
