Attendance time sheet

I want an application developed to record attendance at work. It doesn't need to be recorded at 6 minute intervals like lawyers and accountants. Just attendance and breaks. Ideally it will also have a workflow so that the employee can forward it to their manager for approval. It also needs the; Ability to separate breaks. Staff shouldn’t have to add together the various breaks that they take. Greater chance of errors in the recording of time. Ability to adjust core hours for part time staff. Cater for people who do not work standard days and particularly those who work different hours on various days of the week. Need the option to block out non-work days. Ability to clearly record annual/personal leave days and public holidays. This needs to be clear on how to record various types of leave and separate to distinguish the type of leave taken. Automatic carryover of balances.
