Amazon Store Integration into Wordpress Theme

I have a new wordpress site using a [login to view URL] theme [login to view URL] I want to add a featured products section on the homepage using products from [login to view URL] with my affiliate id I found one article online on one way to do it: [login to view URL] The products should look natural and part of the site. Also I have the store link at the top of my site going to my amazon store page, if there is any way to make this look more natural without affecting functionality I would like to do that as well.
