Iphone App for kids - Drag n Drop Math

I am looking for an experienced iphone app. developer to develop my company's first Iphone app. The application has already been developed in Flash (AS2) and I would like an identical or very similar application made for the Iphone. My company's web site specializes in educational games for kids and we have hundreds of games that we would eventually like to have modified for use on iphones, ipod touch, and ipads. This particular app. enables students to practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division problems on a stage in which they can drag and drop numbers in two sizes (large and small) onto the stage. The type of problem, number of problems and the number of digits in each number of the problem can be customized totally and the user can check their answers. Users can also enter their own numbers and change the background of the stage from lined paper, graph paper, or blank paper. I will direct the winning bidder to the flash app itself on the internet and provide the .fla. Winning bidder must be familiar with the typical American way in which students are taught to calculate such problems in school. Again, we are a major educational website looking for a long-term relationship with an app. developer in which we can send private auctions to in the future.
