Biomedical signal filtering using Python

I have a stream of data coming from serial port. I also have the Python logic to receive and parse the data. Hereafter I need an expert in signal processing to implement real-time filtering as required. Most probably that should involve a double-buffering scheme to collect incoming samples, and then once a buffer is full call the filtering function. Estimated cost: $15
