Hi I am working in field of Natural Language Processing and Data Engineering for more than 3 years now. Since your data is mostly unstructured data extracted from a video transcript, I believe Part of Speech Tagging and further chunking them in desired format would help. I have done a very similar project in past where data was in a pdf format and idea was to extract certain entities from the pdf. Speaking of data engineering skillset, I hold Google Professional Data Engineer certificate. I have had worked on writing multiple ETL pipelines using Apache Beam. Footnote: I came to know there was another Data Scientist who has previously worked upon the model and the idea is to improve the model efficiency, I believe it would be fun and challenging to enhance the model efficiency.
