Help me run my python program on my VPS

For the last 2 hours, I can not get my python program to run in the VPS. My computer works fine, my programmers computer works fine, but I keep getting issues in the VPS. I downloaded python multiple times and even researched the errors I was getting, but have no idea why it still won't work... Attached is the initial issue I got prior to my programmer who tried downloading python, anaconda, and many other things but nothing worked... Probably only a 5 minute fix...
